Today when you wake up trying to decide on the time of day you'll have the energy to get groceries, feeling sad when you've slept too long again after a night of worrying about the future - when you look around the dinner table thinking that you can't say what you really feel - I want to remind you that there are about 615,000 people having the same thoughts you are having. Each and every day.
We're not as small of a group of warriors as it seems.
615,000 people trying to figure out how to get through work. 615,000 people experiencing the emotional highs on good days, and the deep lows on bad days. 615,000 people who are trying to balance what they can do for themselves with what they need help with from others.
You are not alone.
Today I want to invite you to take your actions in a state of faith. The word faith connects us to spirit, or to God, but it also does something else:
It allows us to make forward steps like we know what we're doing, because we have walking beside us a sense of potential we may not have seen in the physical world, but is always promised when we have the faith to keep going.
I like to think about 615,000 people (just in the U.S. by the way) taking steps they have control over and creating stronger autonomy and courage.
You and I are just 2 of a huge group of people doing what we can to get through the day.
I hope today you remember that you have these other people walking beside you, even if you haven't met them.
P.S. 5 people who join my 12-week coaching program will have personal access to me for 3 months, along with the other members of the group. There will also be bonuses for people who decide to take the journey to their stronger self.
Here's the link to my personal schedule to book a 30-minute strategy call to talk about whether or not this group will help you feel better:
