My cat Maggie has been there for me many times during a bad episode, when I couldn't turn my head to see if she was there, but I could feel her keeping a vigil for me.

I don't like the words incurable, chronic and progressive, because it blocks out more important words like possibility, potential and capability - words you need access to on a successful healing journey.
