If you're anything like me, you're feeling another year drawing down, and you're thinking about how you did in 2018. What the experience was like living that year.
Right now is a great time to dream about what's possible.
Between December 26th and January 1st, our vision for what we want for the next year is clearest because everything that happened in 2018 is behind us, and what will happen in 2019 hasn't happened yet.
But come January 31, most of us will have already given up on what we want.
That's because of the people, the comments they say, the family, the thoughts inside your head. The sudden stress, the survival mode that stops you from seeing the birds-eye view of what you're capable of.
I want to arm you today with a simple method of keeping the BS away from your intention to have fewer Meniere's attacks and stronger emotional well-being in 2019.
I call it the Ally Factor. It helps you decide whether or not to engage with pretty much anything.
All you do is ask - will this (person, thought, food, experience, TV show, movie, book..) be an ally to my healing?
Yes it gets in, no it stays out.
The Ally Factor is your guard that stands between you and every other incoming influence. You keep it in front of you like a shield, so you can't get taken over without your permission.
If you're not 100% sure and you need to go a little deeper, name three ways the thing you're looking at will be an ally. If you can't name three, it has to go.
My wish for you is that you stay on track with what you really want.
And let all of the other stuff go.
Also - if you're thinking that the 12-week 90 Days to Resilience program will be a good ally for your healing, you are most welcome to get on the phone with me for a free short strategy session, where we will talk about where you're at, where you want to be, and what it might look like for your particular journey.
